I have had a passion for classic cars for a number of years now and like any classic car owner I have my preferred garage to take my car to. Mine is Midlands based classic car restoration experts www.cbrclassicrestorations.co.uk.
I have known Andy and the team for years now and their knowledge and skills never cease to amaze me. As does a trip to their workshops, the range of quality vehicles and work that they undertake is nothing short of breathtaking.
This weekend they are attempting to finish a project over 10 years in the making by completing a full bare metal, nut and bolt restoration of a V12 Series III eType Jaguar to show standards live on the main stage of the NEC Classic Car restoration show. I will be popping along on Friday with some friends to show my support and cheer them on through the final stages of this project that I have been watching for over 10 years now.
From what i have seen of the progress on this car over the last 12 months it will be amazing and i am sure that they will have a great crowd watching their progress throughout the show. There is more information about this project on their website here. You can also see videos of some of the work they have undertaken on their Youtube Channel hereĀ as well as follow their progress on their Facebook page here.
All of us here at Chasewater Moving Walls would like to wish them all the best, and we look forward to seeing them on Friday at the show.
Chasewater work nation wide and our walls can be found as far north as the Shell 'Gannet' oil rig in the north sea and as far south as Guernsey.
